Dear all,
I have a Honda City 09. Well my problem is that my car engine sounds like a charade diesel idling. Back in 2009, two months after delivery, I had a feeling for the same reason that the lifters are loose a bit. Accessed 03 honda pit stops and service centers in this regard but said that its the sound of the plunging injectors in each intake stroke.

I realized that even single rider is a little more robust sound and should be from the cam cover. Also demo'd some more parking in the City service. Sounded the same as mine.

Kher. This weekend, I plan to use the car's oil changed for the first time (I know, I know ..... dont ask why it took me 1.7 years to hit 5K odo ... remained pretty much parked all the time). So my question is, I must strongly express my concern over the engine noise to Honda ppl. Or is it normal? Coz these plants approved a Bahana need to confuse the customer.

I've heard a lot of EFIS, you do not even know the engine is started standing 5 meters away, unless a radiator fan starts. NON of them loud noise when idling or throttling if this city?

In anticipation of some useful answers.

To my knowledge, the Honda city belt while you can hide the valves, if not maintained over time. I think the problem is due to the blade of the timing belt or shaft of the valve and therefore can get stuck. Generally, the timing belt is replaced after 60k. You should take your car to an authorized service center and get your car checked.
